Hello list I've been lurking on this list for a little while now so I figured it was time to say hello. I'm a recording artist and I've been blind for three years or so. I was a stubborn Window-Eyes user and for some reason I hated Jaws. *Shrugging* I couldn't tell you why really. When I upgraded my music software (Cakewalk Sonar) I finally had to do the change and now I have to say that Jaws is superior in most areas although the configuration can be quite confusing. I've already had plenty of help from this list without asking a single question so Thank you for that! The first thing I did was to check out Webvisum and that is some really nice piece of work and I highly recommend installing it. I also finally got the right version of Live messenger after reading the posts here and I was at that point ready to tear all of my hair out so I'm eternally grateful that I am not bald at this point. What I do is mostly music but I also do some website coding and I write Interactive Fiction. I think that was that. Enjoy your weekend! I shall return. Jen
