Hi Tim,

I wish I had received your message an hour ago.  I didn't even know about 
the way you have suggested.  I explain in another post that will show up any 
minute how I eventually totally removed the program.  Thank you for the 
suggestion.  Take care.

Do a control+ alt + delete key, go to task manager, processes. Find
that process and remove it from running. then you should be able to
delete it also.
