Trying this now but what kind of things should I look at to find out what
difference it has made?

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Suggestion for JAWS
Hello all,
JAWS has a feature to improve support in edit and rich edit controls. This
can be found in Configuration Manager, in the text processing dialogue. By
default it is unchecked, and I think FS should have this turned on by
default in default.jcf. What do you think? Do check this feature out as
you
may find that edit controls will be more responsive and accurate.
