To adjust the amount of punctuation that JAWS speaks:
1. Open the JAWS menu
2. Select the Options sub menu
3. Select the Voices sub menu
4. Select Global Adjustment...
5. Tab until you hear Voice Punctuation and choose between the options of
None, Some, Most and All
