In IE 7, if an error occurs during its background download process, it does not have a mechanism to recover / reset. I have not figured out how to clear the error and have IE try the download again. Similarly, once I accidentally deleted all the podcasts when running CCleaner. I am hoping that IE 8 is more robust in this area.
