If you got a lot of them. Then your idea is ok, depends on how secure you want.
i have one email and pass for web sites that I know are no risk. And those that are I keep in my head or use a encryption tool to keep them for me. i even have a finger print reader for those that I just don't want to remember or keep in print like bank and work.
