It depends on which version of Jaws she is running. The newer version of
messenger doesn't seem to work with Jaws 9. I had to upgrade to 10.

hi all i guess this is a really stupid question but my foster mom
upgraded to windows live 2009 and is using jaws with the latest updates
and wants to no how to go back and read her messages on messanger i no it
is the alt keys in older versons but that doesn't seem to be working on
