Unless there is an audio link, you won't be able to read them.  They are
a graphic and JAWS will not read those verifications.  You can try
e-mailing the website and see where you get with that.

Hi! What is the command for reading verification codes? Whenever I try
to sign up for something, such as a pay pal account, I get this request
to type the characters I see, but JAWS won't read them. I am using JAWS
