I just checked SSMunch, and unfortunately, it no longer seems to be working.
Perhaps they ran into legal problems over their free downloads. Sorry.

My favorite web site for downloading free music is SSMunch. It is a
music
search engine that lets you search for songs by artist or title. You can
listen to, or download the ones you like in MP3 format. I have created a
number of folders containing dozens of songs that I have downloaded from
this site which I subsequently burned to CD. And it is very JAWS
