Yes. It is hard to view the previous message in a conversation with alt 1 through 0 commands. A few days ago, Jaws would not even read what I had just typed by using the arrow keys. When I started my laptop, it read correctly using the arrows, but eventually I had trouble using the alt 1 through 0 commands, though I may have had this trouble another time before I had difficulty with Jaws using the arrows in the conversation window.
