Try stopping speech with the Escape key rather than the
CTRL+Key. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

When I click on a link and allow jaws just to read
continuously everything reads fine. However, If I silence
jaws with the ctrl key and then try to pick up reading again
by using the jaws say all function words get cut in a
sentence even if I maximize the page. If I use the up/down
arrow keys to read line by line the page reads correctly.
This situation happens even on so-called printer friendly
