Hi, I have downloaded the Spyware Blaster from the Jaws Users program page to try again to make it work. I installed the 4.0 from the Jaws Users site and also the scripts self installing for Jaws 5 and above. I am running XP and Jaws 9. When I clicked to open Spyware Blaster it put me into a tutorial where I was supposed to choose Automatic updates or Manual updates. I repeatedly tried to choose the manual update button with space bar, left mouse button, and enter key and tried all three methods with jaws cursor. It won't go past this screen. Tried the Control Shift H but would not let me choose anything in that list.
A month or two ago I tried this program and that time it let me go to a button to manually update but then said that this version would not work and I had to update to the latest version. When I tried to do this it wanted you to agree to something called a Trialware agreement which let you use the program for free but you had to let them track your movements and such with advertisers. No way was I going to agree to that. Today went to the home page for Spyware Blaster to try to download the 4.2 version and hit the Trialware thing again. I think this program is a loss. Did anyone else encounter these problems? I do have Super anti spyware active on my computer and also Glary Utilities but figured more protection would be even better especially since I am using the FS Security that is free from Charter and it never finds anything at all.
