What is the pruprose of this program? I've never heard of it.

In short I had PC issues and had to do a system restore. When I tried to
use Speak On (which is one of the coolest programs I ever seen) the app
started with the welcome message like normal but then it bounced me back
to the desktop. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it again but the
problem persisted. So, I uninstalled it and also uninstalled the java app
so I could start from scratch. However, when trying to reinstall the java
app I keep getting the following error message:

Error 25099. Unzipping core files failed.graphic 68
OK
Well of course without java Speak On won't work. I miss this program
because it was amazingly accessible and you could even put jaws to sleep
and the dern thing works on its own because everything is voiced.
