Also, as far as I know, message rules do not distinguish between uppercase
and lowercase characters. If they do, and we'd like to know that, I think
it could be rather negative.

letterswhencreating the message rule!

First: No need to use capital letters in the rule. Second, the apostrophe
is a quotes sign, which outlook Express uses to enclose what you specify in
your rule. (You can't get rid of it. Apostrophes don't appear in the rule
itself, unless you manually insert one.) I find that if I write
BlindGeekZone or some other term, using initial capitals to designate the
spoken words in the term, then that is sufficient for me to hear the words
pronounced as if they were separate words. If you need to input spaces,
that does not matter since it is only the pronunciation that is being
affected.

Hi list members, has anyone noticed that when they create message rules that
when you use capital letters when where the to line contains people or the
subject line contains specific words, that i've noticed that i have an
apostrophy before the capital letter. I'm not sure why this happens. P.S.
I've also noticed that when words are connected as an example, BlindGeeks
i've needed to make sure that in the dictionary, that i have to separate the
words in order to make sure that i hear the words properly.

If anyone has noticed this please let me know how to fix this problem.
Thank you.
