It's exactly what it means, IE cleaning temp files, recycle bin and other
crap on your pc. It takes awhile to scan the hard drive, so be patient.
Once done, you are presented with a list of check boxes, rycycle bin and it
will say the number of kilobytes such as one thousand forty kb and it will
also give the state of the box checked or not. To check, simply tap the
spacebar, it then says checked do this with everything in the list. There
is not, a danger of screwing around with something you don't know what it
is. Click ok and then wait again. When the process has finished you are
returned to the desktop.
