Hi, all. I'm still fiddling around with jaws 10 and reverted to using the disc to install it again. Now I see that it is called v. 10 and does not have the later update patch(es). What do the patches do, what do they fix? Awhile ago, I noticed that when I'm reading an article with v.10, I can't scroll down by holding the bottom arrow key down to get where I want to go on the page. Ditto in e mail messages. Maybe someone knows how I can fix this. I'm about ready to uninstall it again and revert to jaws 9. Thanks. marilyn
