Nah just grab the latest one. But before upgrading, you may want to back up
your jaws user folder, which you can get to by going to your start menu,
jaws 10.0, explore jaws, explore my settings.

Does anyone know if I have to update to Jaws V10.0.1142 first before I
update to Jaws V10.0.1151?
