Estelita,

Can't explain the slowness of your document, but the file you mention is
a temporary file that Word creates when it needs to and deletes
automatically when it's finished with. These kind of files are created
and deleted all the time by Windows, and you shouldn't need to worry
about them. Trying to delete them isn't a good idea unless they have old
dates, when you can be pretty sure they have been left behind by
mistake.

If you want more information about Word and temporary files, Microsoft
have a page on them:

Subject: [JAWS-Users] ~WRL1853.tmp file, what is this?

Hi list,
I have query please!
Sometimes, when working my document, I can feel navigating around it is
very slow, and when I close the document, this file ~WRL1853.tmp appears
in my folder.
When I tried to delete, it says "item not found".
When I exit the folder and back again, this file's gone!
Any explanation please what is this and how to get rid of this?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Estelita
