Hi Alan, Try the steps below. 1. While in Outlook Express press Alt + V for the view menu. 2. Press enter on current view. 3. Arrow up to group messages by conversation and if this box is checked press enter to uncheck it. Pressing enter here will take you back to your In Box or what ever folder you were in.
