I don't use JAWS 7.10, I use JAWS 9.0, but try going to the help menu in JAWS and finding a topic that says something like: "JAWS help topics, J." Then press enter and arrow down until JAWS says: "Customizing JAWS, book closed." Press the right arrow to open this book and then press down arrow until JAWS says: "Graphics Labeler, book closed." Press the right arrow to open this book and then you can look at the different topics.
