Hi all, I am running Vista home basic, if this makes any difference. Sometimes, when I close jaws, I can't get it to come back up again, or at least, not all the way up. I give it several minutes to load but even after that it still just sits there. If I open another screen reader and hit enter on the jaws icon after that, I get the jaws utilities menu and can't get to the main jaws menu. The only way I've found to fix this is to do a restart or log out and back in, but I don't wanna do this every time jaws decides to go shove off. Does anyone know of another way to fix it? Thanks!
