>From within windows explorer, the cd/dvd drive selected and having navigated to the properties menu, we are unable to view the correct info regarding capacity and used space, on a brand new dvd. About 3 gig's data files were written to the dvd, but both the capacity and free space reflects as 0, when one tries to read the info. Pc curser is locked to jaws and in the general tab, using the arrow keys, both reflect as 0, although it appears that the files have been written correctly to the dvd, when played in windows media player 11. It's a windows xp operating system, using jaws 9. Does someone have a solution or different method, to obtain the used, and/or free space with jaws?
