Hello Martin,
While writing a message using Outlook 2007 you can attach a file by pressing
Alt key followed by the letter N to move to the insert tab on the ribbon.
Press tab key to move to the lower part of the ribbon. Focus should be on
the "insert file" button. Press spacebar and you should be in the dialog
where you can browse for the file to attach. To move to the list of
attachments use insert+A.
I have a list of hotkeys used by the Outlook 2007 program and a list of JAWS
hotkeys to be used with Outlook 2007. The lists are not complete and don't
include the key sequences to follow to perform ribbon functions. However, a
lot of the same functions can be done with hotkeys and the hotkeys for the
functions are included in the lists. I uploaded a zip file that contains a
.DOC and a .DOCX file so that you can easily either use Word 2007 or an
earlier version of Word. When you get to the page with the link on it, the
link is an image so use insert+f7 to list links and press the letter I to
move to the image link for the download button. Press enter on the link to
start the download. The file will be on the site for only one week. The
link is:

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Outlook 2007 JAWS keys
Hi, are there any websites that list the JAWS commands specific to Outlook
2007? I'm having particular trouble attaching a file and getting an
attachment. But all JAWS commands would be very welcome. Thanks!
