I think I know now what you've done.
here's how to correct this.
press insert V to get to options.
now hit the letter S to get to the skype command key.
be careful what you hit from now on as this will alter the key.
hit space bar to activate this item and then hit enter.
you will then be back on your skype page.
this should then be as it was originally.

JAWS verbosity is accessed by holding the JAWS key and pressing the
letter V as in Victor.

When I bring up the JAWS verbosity list in IE, there is an item that
says "forms field identify using". I want to change this option and have it
stay changed. The best way to do this it appears is through the JAWS
configuration manager. However I haven't been able to find it there. How do
I go about finding it?
