No it's under the utilities menu and you're looking for sound card.

Prior to my computer crash I was using two sound cards.Trying to get the
computer back I can't get jaws to use the second sound card. I really
thought that it was under the language menu, where you could select what
sound card to use. Although I am using the latest jaws 10 thelanguage menu
is grayed out or not available.
Any suggestions? I am also using xp home
