David, and all, I truly appreciate your comments. I am glad to hear, at least one person suggest the upgrade. I have used it with JAWS, when trouble shooting friends computers, and found it accessible if not cumbersome.. I'm sure It wouldn't be so once I learned to use it, but I have a great computer, and am not in the market for a new computer.
I was considering, and still am, the upgrade, so that when Windows 7 comes out, I will be able to upgrade more easily. With Microsoft's track record for releasing operating systems prematurely, I believe I'll wait for a year after windows 7 is out to consider upgrading. Thanks again all!
