If you are going that route:  If you aren't happy with the results, there is 
the option to undo your last restore, which does just that and brings you 
back to where you were before you did the system restore.  Pick a recent 
date/time, that is, one just before you made the mistaken deletion.

Well that would depend. If you say uninstalled JAWS then did a system
restore JAWS will be back on as your system was reverted to a date when JAWS
was present. Same is true if you installed JAWS but you then reverted to a
date where JAWS wasn't present.
