I have a few questions for those of you who use wireless headsets. I recently purchased a Plantronics 995 stereo headset. The sound is great, but for some reason I can't get the mic level to work. It's at 100% and people can barely hear me. I read several reviews on this product, and they all said how good the mic sounded on Skype and other chat sites. If anyone is familiar with this headset, are there tips I need to know to fix the mic? Also, I was told that a y fi connection with a wireless headset didn't work with screen readers, rather the screen reader wouldn't work with that connection. The set I have has a USB connection. Has anyone had luck with a y fi or blue tooth headset or perhaps another USB set? Thanks.
