Try updating your graphics card driver. If the video intercept is properly installed but you keep getting this window that is what worked for me. After I updated my card driver to the current version it never came back.

OK, When I open JAWS for Windows, it open automatically the JAWS video intersept manager. its a problem for me because, I can't use the JAWS cursor, I can't open the virtual viewer, and JAWS don't read anything in word or Notepad. also, JAWS don't read the list items in a list view. can someone tell me what it is, and what can I do?
