Subject: [JAWS-Users] Vista Log in screen Help

Hi Everyone, As a new member, I have already learned a great deal form this
list.
I would like to pass along some information that has worked for me.

Hope this helps,
Russ
Automatically logging in to Vista

Just follow the easy steps outlined below to make Windows Vista
automatically log on to your user account. After completing these steps,
Windows Vista will

stop prompting you for a user name and password on startup!

1. Open the Start menu.

2. Type netplwiz into the Instant Search box, and press Enter.

3. If User Access Control window pops up to ask for permission, click
"Continue". (Alt C)

4. At the User Accounts window, uncheck and clear the "Users must enter a
username and password to use this computer." option, and click OK.

5. In the Automatically Log On window, input the user ID and password for
the user account that you want Vista to automatically login when starting
up, and click OK when done.

6. Restart computer.
