How about uninstalling the cricket game? have you tried that? or else, have you or your son run the game since it was installed? If you haven't, then run it perhaps? Still, after that and if it doesn't help solve the problem, uninstall the game and see how things work out then - and then revisit installing the game!

Since you did not answer any of my troubleshooting questions, I will have to assume that you have tried several sites, including YouTube.com, and ALL of your attempts failed. Since your son installed a game, it is possible that messed up something. Perhaps it changed something concerning Flash. Uninstalling the Download Helper extension, installing the latest version of Flash from Adobe, and reinstalling Download Helper couldn't hurt.

Does it fail to download any video attempted? Does it just fail when downloading from certain sites? Is it able to download a video from YouTube.com?

hi,

i am teaching chemistry to sighted students of junior college level

since last two months i got p.c. to teach them

and i am happy to show them video of chemistry to them

in order to down load i tried farakie, zamzar, free youtube downloader,f d m and internet down load manager also

but the best one is add in withinn fire fox

it is very fast ,ti saves the original name in the video, only one right clik on the link with out opening the site it down load video in your desire formate

also if you select many files it start down loading one by one

this feature is not there in any down load manager

now my problem is

is there any one who is using this add in in fire fox

if you want to try and help me out here is the link to install add in downloadhelper

i will be happy if some one will help me out since teaching chemistry is really very hard
