Hello Steven, I'm also using the winrar corporate edition, but I don't think the conversion is done with winrar itself.
Just extract the rar file with winrar and then, select the extracted file and via the applications menu, use the "send to," folder to "compress it to a zip file". It says something like: "In order to compress this to a zip file it must be associated with compressed zip folders. Currently it's not the case. Do you want to associate it..." then choose yes and it zips it up.
