[JAWS-Users] Ipod and Itunes

Hi,
Someone suggested I listen to an instructional Ipod demo on blindcool tech but 
after listening to it, I still was not able to find the answer to my question 
of how to put songs onto my Ipod from Itunes. Can someone help?
