I am having the same problem with outlook 2007 and jaws 11 it works fine with jaws 10. Also I'm having problems with the preview message feature that I use all the time. It works in jaws 10 but not 11. I submitted a bug report, hopefully others are having the same problem and submitting reports so we can get it fixed.
