Look at the Reading order dialogue, which is got with ctrl-shift-5.
change the reading order to be the second or the third radiobutton
checked, from top to bottom or from raw print stream; ; and also have
the view visible pages only (radiobutton checked), instead of the entire
document. those settings should help. If those settings still do not
resolve your problem, we'll have a look in the accessibility settings
etc.

Hi,
For those large documents at least, switch to single->page view.
That is what I did and I can not turn pages with str`+pgdwn !!!
The reader actually turns the page ... It even can go to a specified
page via view > goto > page.
Only thing that is not updated is the content of my display!
