I don't think it's different in the synth, but how jaws and open book handles the speech. I am at the moment playing with real speak solo with jaws 11 and it seems to work better than with jaws 10, but I've only been doing it for about 4 minutes now, so really can't tell.

Also, this problem occurs only in Outlook (I haven't tried it in Word yet) and only if it is the last thing on a line. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Jimmy. To bad they can't make eloquence do the inflections and pauses that real speak does in open book. If the realspeak solo would read in jaws like it does in open book, that would be a rockin deal. It sounds as though there is a period after the "also" in my message when really I know there is a comma. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Jimmy. Sometimes, at least for me, JAWS sometimes says nothing at all when on blank lines. I am having another problem with Outlook where JAWS isn't reading by word when composing a message, but I want to make sure that isn't because the "compose messages in Microsoft Word" option is checked.
