Oh no, you do not need to do that. Simply remove the driver from Device
Manager.

    Hi All

I've experienced this problem with Jaws 10 and 11 on win7 also. How did you
remove the driver? I know jaws suggested running the setup with the the
"-repair" thing but when I did that, it didn't fix the problem. I was so
desperate that I reinstalled windows 7.
