Hi David,
I am not quite sure how to handle this situation. There are a couple of
people on the list that would like for me to explain how I make web pages in
MS Word. I would be glad to post the information to the list but since this
is a list for JAWS I wanted to get a moderators permission first. Please let
me know what you think.

You asked if it were possible to create a web page so I gave a couple of
examples is all. You'll have to search out some tutorials and so forth and
then of course find a provider to host it after registering a domain name.
It's a convoluted process to say the least. I wrote mine in notepad.
