Well, from what I hear, JAWS should say, for example, "Google search box",
when you arrow up from the Google search field.

Hi Chris,

I assume that this feature is able to extract the help information that can
be part of an object using MSAA and present it to the user.  It could also
apply to a replacement standard, I think is called User Interface
Accessibility (UIA), or from both.  This would only be useful if the
developer actually provided this text within the application.  This might be
helpful in applications using MSAA, like iTunes.  What is the hotkey to get
the help information?
