In my case, I press alt f4, then S and Enter.

Press the Windows key and then press the right arrow three times, then
press Enter! I know the layout is strange. Before you hit the Enter key
you are in a menu that has other options as well, such as Log off, sleep,
... I Normally arrow up twice here to Restart.
