Hi Jose. Go to Start, All Programs, Jaws 10, Jaws, and right click on it using the contextt menu button, and select Properties, and here you can specify the letter you want to use together with alt+ctrl for starting Jaws. The letter j is untill you find the shortcut for jaws 8, and deselect it, not useable, but use another letter, and select ok, and you should be done.
