Can't you unblock the firewall temporarily for that upgrade? Are you able to read your firewall's prompts? Or, if you don't have control over it, ask your system administrator to let you through.

Hi Vickie I can't ancer your question but I have a problum with yahoo messenger. I am using yahoo messenger 7.5 and now i was reading that it wonte let you signe in or at least that is my exspearence if you are behind a firewall and it wants you to upgrade. has any one elts had this problum? and like you say there is no contact us link anywhere on the page. from Mich.
