I haven't found such yet. Perhaps that's one for any FS personnel monitoring. on the other hand, it may just be unavoidable because of the incremental nature of these 'social Web' environments. A possible way to avoid it altogether is to use, say, Facebook Mobile, or the Facebook Lite beta (which is allowed in your part of the world if in the US).

 Applications Mode is *not* Forms Mode.  it has something to do with
 other applications being run on that part of the site.
