I do agree, iTunes 9 does work a lot better with this latest beta version.
Even the issue with having to do a shift tab and then tab in order for
podcasts to be read correctly has been fixed. I'm still noticing however,
that when going up a list of tracks or even in the browser boxes (genre,
artist, etc) jaws still says not selected and repeats the same line of
information for the previous track instead of the new one. This bug has
always been there. Hopefully though it too can be addressed with the final
release.

Also, often when tabbing through iTunes and when I wish to do a shift tab,
jaws goes forward instead of back. This is pretty frequent and can get
somewhat frustrating when you wish to go in one direction, but you're taken
in the other even when you're pressing the proper key combinations. Again
though, this issue has been present in past versions of jfw.

All in all, a good clean up with iTunes, but those are the two main problems
I'm still noticing that have always been there. It would be great if they
too could finally be fixed.

Thanks,
Cristobal

And for those using iTunes 9, you should find a significant improvement
as well. There are a great deal of changes since Public Beta 2 so please
review the section under the Level 2 Heading: Enhancements in JAWS
11.0.611 (October 2009) found on the page:

I'm noticing a lot less blank lines being read in Internet Explorer than
in previous versions of JAWS--for example, at the top of the Google
website there is usually a blank line between the title and the
contents...is this supposed to be this way?
