I got this from the PAC Mate owner's manual, but it should help.

Jimmy, there are two publications available at National Braille Press. One
is something like "Computer Braille Code" and the other has Computer Braille
in the title. One costs something like $7 or $5, and the other is often
 free. Check them out.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Braille displays and JAWS.

Hello guys and gals.  I have a focus 40 display that I would like to learn
how to input from the display instead of the standard keyboard, or along
with the standard keyboard.  However, I've never been lucky enough to learn
computer Braille.  Where can one Find the info to learn how to do this.  As
far as the letters go, I can type them, but I need to learn how to input
 punctuations and such.
