Roger, I have had the same problem in JAWS10, it works sometimes, most times
it doesn't.

In jaws 11 (all builds) the Replying Directly to Sender in oE (shift+jaws
key+R) doesn't function consistently, maybe only one out of ten times. I
am using OE and XP Pro. Version 10 appeared to be alright. I would be
curious if anyone else is also having this problem.
