I haven't had good luck with JAWS's live updates feature as of late; I think it's a good idea, but more often than not I've had to spend more time downloading the update, not being able to install it, and having to download the entire updated program from FreedomScientific's website when I could have just downloaded the complete program from FreedomScientific.com and saved myself about 15 or so minutes with an update process that doesn't work?

Either do it from the JAWS CD or the download, or Add or Remove Programs/Programs and Features. Hope this helps.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Jfw update

I went to the update thing on jfw 10.
One of the things I could download was "what's new in jaws 11".
In attempting to do so, I got a message stating that the update couldn't be
done, and suggesting I
repair jaws. How do I go about that.
I know it has something to do with uninstall jaws, but I can't find it.
It would appear that that appears deep down in the bowels of the application
somewhere.
Thanks for any help in advance.
