I should also point out that it does support last.fm, but it's my
understanding that they've changed their policy so that third party access
is no longer free, so if you're prepared to pay a monthly subscription fee,
SpeakOn is great. I have found the application to be very accessible, and it
is self-voicing so screen reader access isn't actually necessary.

I think it may be easier for you to download the free speakon application
which includes an accessible version of Last FM amongst other
applications.
It is a UK focussed application with emphasis on BBC etc but you will get
access to Last FM.
