Thanks to FS for getting this out there. I assume this addresses Tyler Spivey's widely publicized security concern regarding one's ability to pull up a command prompt with full administrative privileges from within the settings packager.
This serves as a reminder to everyone that even if User Account Control is enabled, some applications will still have administrative privileges by default.
