Hi Cher, No you are not! I am having the same problem, but with 2 different computers in 2 different places. They are both running XP/SP3 Home & Jaws 11.0.734. I have read about others having this same problem with this build of Jaws, but haven't read anything on how to fi itx. Take care. Mike
